One of the easiest ways to get google adsense is by making a blogger account !
google likes blogger because its their own blog and its free so thats is properply the best way to get it, otherwise you have to use a a free web host and apply through there!
you can ofcourse also use a payed web host!
then when you have your we b page then you have to apply to google with that web url!
i will recomend using blogger as its easy and free!
to get aproved to adsense you also have to get some content to your site or blog! such as if im writing about boats, then you will be have write 5 + post before the site can be approved, since you have to have some content on your site!
this can take from week to months to get a respons, but if you are doing it right then they will respond quickly (hours)!
